About the Position

The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will join our team of enterprise content experts in working directly with key clients. They will collaborate with our development teams to ensure the quality of client deliverables by preparing and executing test plans, identifying and analyzing information regarding testing requirements, and supporting knowledge management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze feature requirements and create test designs,
• Perform manual verification tests.
• Develop and execute automation tests.
• Track test metrics following the team’s guidance.
• Familiarize with feature requirements and contribute to feedback improvements.
• Participate actively as a member of our Agile development team, working closely with the product owner and wider development team to sustain the overall quality of the product.

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance, at least 1 year in automation testing.
• Solid knowledge and experience in QA processes and software development lifecycle.
• Very good understanding and hands-on experience in OOP principles, software architecture, and technologies.
• Experience with automation (BDD, Java, .NET, Selenium, TestNG).
• Experience with API / RESTful webservices testing.
• Good knowledge in SQL and experience with DB platforms.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, TestRail, Test Link, or similar).
• Autonomous with using source code version control tools (Git).
• Experience in ECM (Enterprise Content Management) product testing is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English, second foreign language is a plus.
