Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify hiring needs and fill job openings.
  • Design job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through online employment forums, social media, recruitment websites, etc.
  • Conduct interviews.
  • Fill paperwork, candidate data, new employee's profile.
  • Take care of the onboarding process. Help newcomers with adaptation to the team.
  • Monitor and support new and existing employees.
  • Research job boards, candidates’ sources, the structure of benefits package, and cultural aspects of each new country.
  • Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Other tasks related to recruitment and HR required by the company.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of exp in International IT Recruitment• Multi-tasking.
  • Self-motivated/take initiative.
  • Organized.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office).
